- Currently designing SCADA control panels for each well location, up to 6 panels.
- Conducted radio path survey to confirm radio communications between well heads and well building.
- Integrating new water treatment SCADA system with existing wastewater HMI software.
Salisbury Township Water Department | VFD and PLC Upgrade | Allentown, PA
- Designed and installed (2) new VFDs enclosures to replace existing unusable equipment.
- Designed and installed a control panel enclosure containing new PLC and OIT to control both VFDs to fill the local water tank.
- Programmed PLC and OIT according to process specifications and operator feedback.
- Upgraded existing AutoDialer with an Omnisite for improved alarming and online viewing through webserver.
- Configured and calibrated (2) new pressure transducers.
Schulman Engineering | Escape Room PLC Panel | Wharton, NJ
- Designed, constructed, and installed control panel enclosure for new Escape Room Game.
- Provided wiring diagrams, control panel layout, and bill of materials.
Shoemakersville Borough Water | WTP Valve Upgrade | Shoemakersville, PA
- Modernized water treatment process by upgrading (16) conventional valves to electronically actuated valves.
- Programmed PLCs to incorporate electronically actuated valves according to water treatment process specifications.
- Provided on-site troubleshooting and assistance for replacement parts when called for service.
Womelsdorf Sewerage Authority | Treatment Plant Upgrades | Womelsdorf, PA
- Upgraded old RSView software to new FactoryTalk software for the SBR system.
- Updated SCADA to work more cleanly with the equipment, eliminating erratic alarms, making the visual screens easier to read, and adding various data points to the screen.
- Coordinated installation of new Gormon Rupp Controller and Back-up Float system for influent pump station.
- Provided on-call maintenance services to the plant including cleaning aerators, helping with pump inspection and maintenance, and installing new heaters and hose bibs.
Elizabethtown WWTP – SCADA Programming | Lancaster County, PA
- Provide SCADA software, programming, warranty, onsite startup, and training for the WWTP SCADA System Improvements Project.
- Working with OCC, a trusted partner, on this project.
- Assist in developing the Functional Description in collaboration with the Engineer and Owner.
- HMI Screen Submittals required per specifications.
